In our recent completed livery application, Tyne Idols received its new bus graphics. So get on board whilst we blog about what was involved and how bus fleet wraps can help you and your business.
What are bus Graphics?
When it comes to fleet livery there are endless possibilities for your logo or promote information or a special event, transforming the vehicle into a moving billboard.
They are typically used for advertising, branding, and promotional purposes, taking advantage of the large, mobile surface area that buses provide.
Types of Bus Graphics
- Full Wraps: These cover the entire surface of the bus, they can also include windows. (using perforated vinyl that allows passengers to see out while displaying graphics on the outside). The majority of Go North East buses and Arriva uses these. Full wraps provide maximum visual impact and are ideal for large-scale advertising campaigns.
- Partial Wraps: These cover only a portion of the bus, such as the sides or back. They are more cost-effective than full wraps but still offer significant advertising space.
- Decals and Stickers: Smaller graphics that can be applied to specific areas of the bus. These are often used for branding or to display logos
- Vinyl Graphics: High-quality vinyl is commonly used for bus graphics due to its durability and flexibility. Vinyl can withstand various weather conditions and maintain its appearance over time.
Tyne idols came to us as theire old double decker bus needed a facelift so we added some amazzing printed contour cut graphics to the sides, front and back of the bus. Their logo Tyne idols get on board was added. Just take a look at their images in this post to see what we did. We transformed the look to help market their events locally within the region.

Is it hard to install bus livery?
No , as we have high access equipment such as stairs, ladders and scaffold towers no job is too big for us.
